Your experience includes:

• Accommodations: Enjoy a three-night stay at AVA Resort, arriving on Sunday, October 20, and departing on Wednesday, October 23. If you would like to extend your stay, you can indicate your requests during the RSVP process. The Coldwell Banker events team will book your room for you.
• Roundtrip Coach Airfare: Coldwell Banker Realty will be reimbursing for flights up to $600 for the qualifying agent. Agents are responsible for booking their own flight. Due to IRS regulations, we are unable to reimburse for any flights that were purchased with miles. Baggage and upgrade fees are also not reimbursable.
• Ground Transportation: Roundtrip airport ground transportation between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and AVA Resort will be provided for qualifiers and for paid guests only. Attendees will be grouped together based on arrival and departure times and is only provided over the event dates. This will be arranged once flight receipts are received, no other action is required.
• Networking and Relaxation: Take advantage of the opportunity to network with top agents from around the country and relax at this stunning beachside resort.
  
  

Invitations are non-transferrable. If the team lead cannot make the trip, they cannot send anyone in their place.

• Same Room Guest, Full Package: $400 This package is for a same room guest who will have access to all events on the agenda. Transportation between airport/resort in Cancun for the guest is included. Airfare must be purchased by the guest and is not reimbursed by Coldwell Banker.
•   One (1) Team Member or guest in Separate Room Package: $3,000 This package is for one (1) team member in their own room who will have access to all events on the agenda. Transportation between airport/resort in Cancun for the guest is included. Airfare must be purchased by the guest and is not reimbursed by Coldwell Banker. Please note, this is based on room availability from the resort.
• Two (2) Team Members or guests in Separate Room Package: $3,500 This package is for two (2) team members in a shared room who will have access to all events on the agenda. Transportation between airport/resort in Cancun for both guests are included. Airfare must be purchased by the guests and is not reimbursed by Coldwell Banker. Please note, this is based on room availability from the resort.
• Minor Child between 4-12 years old sharing a room with their parent: $565 This package is for a minor child between 4-12 years old sharing a room with their parent. Children are not allowed at Coldwell Banker events and there must be adult supervision for any children. Only guests 21 years or older are allowed at Coldwell Banker events. Please note, children under 4 years old sharing a room with their parent are free. AVA Resort only allows for a maximum of two children in one room.
• Minor Child between 13-17 years old sharing a room with their parent: $855 This package is for a minor child between 13-17 years old sharing a room with their parent. Children are not allowed at Coldwell Banker events and there must be adult supervision for any children. Only guests 21 years or older are allowed at Coldwell Banker events. Please note, children under 4 years old sharing a room with their parent are free. AVA Resort only allows for a maximum of two children in one room.

When booking travel, we recommend you plan to arrive at the resort in time for our Welcome Reception, hosted at 7:00 pm on Sunday, October 20.

AVA Resort Cancun is a fully enclosed property (including the beach) with 24-hour security. The resort has 2,000+ security cameras, that will cover the room corridors, lagoon pools, accesses, and consumption centers plus common areas at the host level. Security Personnel is certified by the local civil protection authority in first aid and pulmonary resuscitation protocols and will be equipped with all the necessary communication accessories with new technology.

During Celebration of Success we recommend casual attire for the day, business casual for the General Session and dressy resort attire for the Welcome Reception and Final Night. Both the Welcome Reception and Final Night are outside therefore, please plan accordingly. Kindly note, all fine dining restaurants at AVA Resort Cancun require resort evening wear attire.

Although this is a business meeting and networking opportunity with your peers, you will have free time to enjoy resort amenities.

Yes, golf is available at Playacar and Riveria Cancun Golf & Resorts golf courses. Coldwell Banker has negotiated a 40% discount on green fees. This discount does not apply to twilight rates, equipment rentals or pro shop items. Once you receive your resort confirmation number, email jchavez@avacancun.com to book. Please include your full name, Coldwell Banker Celebration of Success, resort confirmation number, the activity you are interested in, and the date and time requested. All expenses are at the responsibility of the attendee.

Yes, a passport is required to fly to AVA Resort which is located in Cancún, Mexico. While Mexico doesn’t have a six-month passport rule, some airlines may not allow passengers to board if their passport doesn’t meet the six-month validity requirement of the United States. If your passport is close to expiring, we recommend renewing your passport. 

Coldwell Banker Realty has guaranteed and pre-paid for your accommodations at AVA Resort Cancun. Invitees understand that cancellation requests received after 8 AM EST on August 7, 2024, will incur a $500 fee. For cancellation requests received after 8 AM EST on September 4, 2024, the fee increases to $1,500. Coldwell Banker Realty will not reimburse any flights for cancellations at any time. All charges will be applied to the qualifier’s Accounts Receivable through e-pay.

• If you do not provide your flight information during the RSVP process, to reimburse you for your flight and include you in roundtrip ground transportation between the airport and hotel in Cancun, please complete the Celebration of Success Travel Form by September 5, 2024. Any submissions received after September 5, 2024 will not be included in ground transportation and will be subject to a $50 reduction in flight reimbursement.

Below is essential information regarding Cancun International Airport. As a reminder, a passport is required for travel to Cancun. While Mexico does not have a six-month passport rule, some airlines may not allow passengers to board if their passport does not meet the six-month validity requirement for the United States.

We have arranged transportation for each qualifier arriving on Sunday, October 20, 2024, and departing on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. This includes any registered and paid guests. Please note that AVA Resort Cancun is an all-inclusive venue, and all attendees must be paid for in advance. Unregistered guests will not be permitted on the transportation and will not have access to the resort.

Upon clearing customs and exiting Cancun International Airport you will be solicited with numerous opportunities for taxis, excursions, activities, Uber, etc. We highly encourage you not to engage and continue walking straight outside and look for the transportation company secured by Coldwell Banker Realty that will be holding Coldwell Banker Realty signs. AVA Resort Cancun has also secured reliable businesses to provide activities and excursions from the resort that you can book once onsite at the resort.

The transportation shuttles will leave the airport approximately every 45 minutes, depending on arrivals, and the trip to the resort is approximately 10 minutes.

Once you have cleared customs, please proceed until you reach the outdoor secured arrival hall exiting through the glass door to your left with “Taxis and Ground Handlers” sign. Look for Coldwell Banker Realty signage where a member of our transportation team will meet and direct you to our shuttles.

If you are arriving prior to October 20, 2024 or departing after October 23, 2024, your ground transportation between the airport and the resort is at your own expense and coordination. It is recommended to coordinate your ground transportation through AVA Resort Cancun by emailing ventas@bonvoyagedmc.com
